Overview
Danone Indonesia aims to optimize warehouse management to ensure consistent stock availability. Effective distribution plays a crucial role in boosting
sales and expanding the customer base.

Crazy 8
As part of Ideation process, we conducted crazy 8 to sketch any design ideas, then vote it to be the chosen screens.
Final Design
Dashboard
I differentiate between the pre-seller and operational dashboard because the data presented for those 2 topics are different.
I also added filter and export feature so that user can view and download data according to their needs.
Sales Order Document
When creating sales order document, users can save as draft, save the document, soft delete, and print the document.
Inventory List
On the inventory list, I divided the documents into 3 status: draft (it’s has not been used in the transaction yet), applied (already approved to be used), and void (the document is deleted from transaction but still recorded in the list).
Goods Receipt
Usually, in logistics and inventory management there’s a document that confirms the receipt of goods in a warehouse or by a customer.
At the goods receipt page, user can void (delete) and print the receipt.
Stock Search
I added several filter to this feature so that user can find specifically what kind of stock they’re looking for.
On the result section, I added search feature below the table title so that they can search specifically for keywords on each column.
Cashier and Finance
This receipt document lets users effortlessly input the amount received for each item, while the system instantly calculates and updates the total amount.
Approval
Users can give approval for these 3 modules: Sales & Distribution, Inventory, and Customer Management.
They can also give bulk approval to make things easier.
Permission Setting
Users can modify the permission (Create, Update, Read, Delete) for other user groups based on the modules.
Customer Management
Each customer has a lot of data to store, so I use tabs to simplify the information presented.

Originally, DMS was a project for Danone Indonesia, because of the success of this project, we as vendor decided to convert it into our own product
The User Acceptance Test is conducted after all of the development phase done and was performed by the quality assurance team
So far, the DMS product is already used by 5 companies
